Our master chefs come directly from India and Nepal. Their specialty is the preparation of lamb. However, pork, chicken, fish or tiger prawns are excellent.
In our lunch and permanent dining menu, you will find both dishes with meat and dishes for staunch vegetarians.
All meals are prepared using the traditional method. Meat and homemade Nan and Chapati bread are prepared without the use of oils, so the food does not contain burnt fats or flavorings containing glutamines and dyes. Indian sauces are not thickened, they get their density through reduction, so they are suitable for customers with a gluten-free diet. You can taste, for example, an excellent curry sauce.
The permanent menu is compiled in such a way that you have the opportunity to get to know the dishes of the entire Republic of India (federation). In one place, in our restaurant, you will find dishes of central India, northern, coastal and southern states of the federation.
